Experience shorter wait times with a dedicated entrance lane into the show and a VIP lounge with shade, seating, private bathrooms, and a private bar. All seating is first come, first serve on the provided bleachers and on the general admission floor. No personal chairs permitted.

What are the box office details?
Box office hours will be shared closer to the event. Please note, that the venue we are hosting our event in are not official vendors for tickets for our events and will not be able to assist you if you visit them prior to the event. Our box office will typically open the morning of each show day around 11am. You can purchase tickets to the event online, here.
Am I allowed to leave the event and return?
No, re-entry is not permitted.
Do I have to buy parking?
A number of convenient lots surround the venue. Parking will be available at these lots for purchase on site as you arrive.
Is this event ADA-Accessible?
Yes, there are designated areas of the event for patrons that need it.
Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final.
What happens if it rains?
Our show will go on rain or shine. Updates will be given at the venue during the show with video wall and Emcee announcements.
Do you sell alcohol, food, and drinks?
Yes, alcohol will be available for sale to those 21+ with a valid I.D. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
Is there an age limit to the event?
No, we welcome all ages into the event. Ages 2 Years and over require a ticket to enter.

Bag Policy
All bags are subject to screening. You can bring any regular to small personal bag, but it must not be any larger than 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches.
